Built to help project professionals grow — and evolving as the profession does.
Women in PM Network was created to help project professionals grow. As the profession changes, the way we support them is changing too — today the community helps project professionals build project management skills, practical AI capability, leadership skills and the confidence to navigate the future of project work.

I built this community for the project professionals we're becoming.
I've spent more than 16 years leading projects and programs across complex organizations — navigating stakeholders, risk, technology, change, and the realities of getting important work delivered.
And I've spent years teaching project professionals how to do the same.
What I've learned is that the fundamentals of great project management still matter. Planning matters. Communication matters. Risk management matters. Leadership and judgment matter.
But the profession is changing.
AI is changing how we plan, analyze information, communicate, identify risk, automate repetitive work, and make decisions. Project professionals don't need to abandon what they know. They need to learn how to combine strong project management with the capabilities emerging around them.
That's what Women in PM Network is becoming.
A place to strengthen your project management skills, learn how to apply AI to real work, grow as a leader, and learn alongside people navigating the same changes.
I'm a PMP, PMI Authorized Training Partner, LinkedIn Learning Instructor, project and program delivery leader, AI educator, and speaker.
But more than anything, I'm still a practitioner and a teacher.
I want this community to help project professionals stay relevant, capable, and confident as the work continues to change.
To help project professionals grow — building project management skills, practical AI capability and the leadership to run complex work.
A profession of well-trained, well-supported project leaders who can navigate change confidently — and who pull the next ones up behind them.
Project management, AI and leadership — in one learning community.
Skills taught against real work
Members don't just learn the language of PM — they practise on realistic project artifacts and simulations they can point to.
PM, AI and leadership together
Delivery craft, practical AI capability and leadership growth live in the same place, because that's how the job works now.
A community, not a course library
Live sessions, peer conversations, events and accountability — plus career development support when members need it.
Come grow with the community.
