I built the network I wish had existed when I was breaking into project management.
Before "project manager" was the title on my business card, I was doing the work without the language for it — coordinating people, timelines, and outcomes across different industries while trying to turn a mixed background into a clear PM story. I saw how easy it was for capable professionals, especially women and career changers, to get overlooked simply because they did not know how to translate their experience into the language hiring managers use.
That gap is why I created Women in PM Network and later Blueprint Hub, a PM Career Operating System that turns scattered efforts into a guided, trackable path. Through coaching, simulation projects, and an AI-powered platform, I help aspiring PMs and career changers clarify their target roles, rebuild their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, practice interviews, and manage their job search like a real project.
Today, I also share this work on stages and in classrooms as a speaker for PMI chapters, universities, and career associations, and as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, so more people can see a concrete path into project management — not just a job posting they hope to fit.
